Any chldminders from Wilmslow/handforth area??

Hi i am looking for childminders that live locally to me ,it would be nice to chat/meet up with other childminders.
I am sending my application to ofsted this week so will hopefully be registered by end of this year/ early 2011.

I feel like i will never get there, do i need to have fire service check my house before pre reg visit ???

I love being a childminder! I've been doing this for nearly 16 years and I can't imagine doing anything else.

You don't have to have a fire check but you might find one useful - and they give you free smoke alarms plus lots of advice.

I'm in chapel en le frith - and have my pre reg tomorrow - been lurking for a while !
