View Full Version : Accreditation Monthly Invoice- How can I set it out please?

Hi All,
After two unsuccessful attempts today, just wondered if anyone has any ideas on how I can lay it out??? :angry:
Needs to include funded and non funded standard hours, extra hours worked etc.......

Any help/advice would be very gratefully received

Could you not split the month into 5 weeks then have sections for each of the bits you need to include?

So a bill will be...

week 1 - date
funded -
non funded -
extras -

week 2 - date -
funded -
non funded -
extras -

Etc :D

when i had a funded child i worked out what his mum paid hourly as i have a daily charge. then each month i would do her an invoice set out with each week beginning ?? then put down how many hours were owed - the funded hours.

e.g

wk beg 20th sept

funded hours- ??
non funded hours - ??

total owed ??


just like sarahs really! lol
