Haven't seen the booklet myself but I presume it would anyone over 16 who lives in the house you will be minding from.

Thankyou for the replies, think i'm just stressing too much!!! I've put down that " both me and my partner will have crbs in place and i will evidence this in my portfolio" Just hope that sounds ok.:)
