Do i need to cont the DHC??

Hi all i have a level 3 in childcare and education, equivilate to NNEB. Will i still need to do the DHC level 3? Heard today at first aid that from 2015 everyone will need to have the DHC level 3, will i be ok with my nvq x

i have been told as long as you have a level 3 then that is fine

no hun you should be ok its for new persons in childcare so if you have a level 3 your ok
