I am looking at an enquiry for collecting 3 children from school and keeping them until 6pm. I currently charge £10 until 5 including a cooked meal. Now I would need to earn a little more than the £10 per child, but it just seems quite a lot of parents are paying out every day for a short amount of time.

What would you do?

Thanks

What would you be willing to work for?
If you put it up to £15 per child to cover till 6 and include an evening meal = £45 per session for the 3 kids.
You could offer a 'sibling discount' for example and drop it to £40

gosh hard one

£40 was sort of where I saw would be acceptable to me, will see what happens, thanks for the input

I'd explain this to the parent, saying you are giving her a discount on your usual charges because there are 3 of them and you'll include an evening meal.

Sometimes it's just about the way you sell it to them! :)

Good luck, hope it works out for you

Hiya. I agree with the above. I usually offer a 10% sibling discount (to the child/ren who attends the least number of hours). :)
