How should I have worded this pls?

I charge £32 day, 7.30-5.30, and £5 hr before and after these hours

I meant £5 to the nearest hr before 7.30 and £5 to nearest hr 5.30 seperately not in total

I have mindee doing extra 1/2hr am and xtra 1/2hr pm next week, so and hr in total, and parent said " so that'll be £37 won't it?!" and I sort of said yes as I didn't think I could talk my way out of it.

My ds has been complaining about never having time alone with family lately so would like to put them off doing these times if poss

Any ideas how to word it for fee policy next time pls? My mind is blank today been a v long one :(

If you are wanting to spend more time with ur family I would review and put you are no longer able to offer care after xxx time' but your late fees will be x per EVERY 30 mins

if you dont mind doing occasional hrs just put that you are reviewing your fees and from (put date) before and after x hr will be £5 per 30 minutes
