to get your IVF forms completed! I don't know anyone who i can ask to do it! I work in a college so know plenty of lecturers but they don't know my new career plans! lol.

also if i did find someone to check my id and fill in the form - what are the chances of them having their passport number on them :rolleyes:

I think if you call Ofsted they can do it when they visit if you have no one to do it for you, either that or you will have to pay your gp to do it.

Thats what they told me anyway, but luckily I managed to get a friend who is a nurse to sign it for me.

I called HR assurance (the people who do the ivf form) and they said to send my CRB forms and my 3 pieces of id to Ofsted by recorded delivery and then they send my id back recorded the same day they receive it!:clapping:

so that's what i did:thumbsup:

I did have a message from from the refer team - whoever they are. but when i called them back there was nobody to take my call so am waiting again. lol

Just dropped my health forms at the docs and the said it could be up to 3 weeks before they get them done:eek:

Yep mine said a week but took two so not too bad! Sent my crbs and verification forms in almost a week ago so just got to wait now....and do lots of boring essential paperwork!

Hope it all goes quickly for you! And I don't know what the refer team are...
