Not sure how to charge this???

Hiya I have 2 siblings 3 and 6yrs. So far they have been full time and before and after school plus 3 days in the sch hols Wed to Fri.

They are great payers and I get on really well with parents. Now mum doesn't work full time and can work anything from 1 to 9 hrs a day but she doesn't know until the day before.

I have offered to change her contract to flexible times as she is paying probably twice as much as she needs and I know they are struggling moneywise and I enjoy the time with my dd.

Thing is now I've said it I have no idea how to charge and as they are my main income I can't really afford to come out with less than £150 a wk for them both.

Any suggestions how to work it I'm confused :panic:

You could charge a weekly rate up too (so many flexable hours per wk) any extra hours over would need to be paid on top :)

i agree. Tell them minimum you'd need to earn per week and they pay extra for hours used.
