Hi all

I charge full fee for BH when child does not attend. I have two boys who come to me (I was nannying for them and just got my certificate so changed to childminding as of last monday (BH)) one of the boys is 4 and starting school next week. However last week he was obviously with me for full days - so when I invoice her do I charge a full fee for the BH based on what she WILL be paying when he is at school or the full fee that she has been paying during the holidays.....that may sound like an obvious question but I am slightly confused - don't want to rip her off but don't want to lose out on money either!!!! If it hadn't have been bank hol he would have been with me for a full day anyway.....

Hope that makes sense :S

Thanks

i charge for bank hols, if a contracted day so would only charge whatever the normal fee would have been for that day. does that make sense?? what I mean is if it falls in school hols, full day and if it falls in termtime then only his normal hours.:)
