I'm going to be working with a friend from her house, our CRB's are back and so are her 2 childrens but her partners has been in stage 4 since 22nd June! We're so frustrated. Can you ring local police to chase it up? We've rang CRB and OFSTED but they can't do anything (or so they say). :angry:

Apparently if crb takes longer than 60 days they have to escalate it and have 10 days to complete it and get it thru. Just happened to me - was at stage 4 from 9th June. Finally got mine back last Sat.
Ring crb, they should chase it, they told me to ring police and ask for data protection team.
