help for unusual shift pattern

Hi there

Can anyone offer me some advice on how to charge for the following shift pattern:

Week one: Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri all 8-6
Week two: Mon 8-6: Tues Wed, Thurs 12-6
Week three: no hours required.
Back to week one.

As you can see I need to hold a full time, 8-6 place for these hours.

I want to be fair but also don't want to regret the way I would charge for this.

Your experience and advice would be much appreciated.

sorry am no use at giving prices when a place is wanted for difficult hours,i have done this in past and have ended up working for so little because i felt guilty,hope someone can help you

I would be chargeing for a full time place every week includeing the week they do not require you !!

As it is very unlicky you are going to get a mindee to fill the 3rd week every time it comes around if that makes sense .
