quality of care report

i have been aked to do my first quailty of care report! i really dont know where to start. need to get it completed asap so i can send it off to inspector. any suggestions??

I worked through it when I was writing my Scottish childminders e-book!

It's just a matter of saying how good you are... really praising what you do.

Then think about your priorities for improvement... you can use things you are aiming towards now as well as things you might want to improve in the future.
