Not long till my Bypass....

I now have less than 4 weeks until my gastric bypass surgery.

I'm more excited than I ever am about going on holiday, I can't wait!

It's booked for Tuesday 14th Spetember. On the 4th September I have to start my pre-op diet.

For the pre-op diet I'll be having 4 x slimfast shakes, plenty of fluids each day.....thats it, nothing else! :eek:

Hello all!

Sorry for my slow replies!

I'm here and I'm shrinking well! I'm now 25lb down, not bad since I'm only 2 weeks post op.

I'm going back to work on Monday.

I'm full of energy, happy and feel great.

I'm currently on pureed foods, which is really easy. I'm probably having around 500 calories per day at the moment but I can't believe how much energy I have.

My op is 2 weeks from today, eek. Nervous about anaesthetic but so excited about all this op will offer in improved health.
