First Aid

Have made a post on scottish page but thought id post here aswell....

How in depth do you have to go into First Aid? Theres an emergency first aid course which is a 1 day course or theres an intense First Aid that is 6hrs a week for 3 weeks. What do you all think?:panic:

In Scotland it has to be paediatric first aid and has to be a minimum of 12 hours
