Reality has just set in. All a bit scary but thanks to all the wonderful and helpful threads on this forum I hope I have everything prepared. I am yet to do the course and 1st aid as our area stops over the summer. So all documents that I have prepared have been without any advice.
The lady did sound lovely on the phone, I hope she is in real life.
I'll let you all know how I get on tomorrow!!
