fees for before/after-schooler mum works shifts

Hi I had a mum come round yesterday she is a midwife and needs me 3 days a week for 2 weeks then the odd hour for the following 2 weeks. The mindee is in year 5 so wont count in my number. I told her normal fees for the 2 weeks then half fees for the other 2 weeks. Does this seem fair?? Mum was happy with the half fees for the 2 weeks.
