newly reg what else do i have to do?

Hi i'm a newbie on here and was wondering if anyone could tell me if i have forgotten to do anything in my setting up process.
I have done all my policies and procedures and most of my permission forms but not sure if i need anything else as in complaints book and what kind of permision forms ( in case i hane missed any) etc if anyone has any advise it would be gratefully receved

Can tell i'm a newbie only just found the link again lol:)
yes i have done the main risk assesment for my house ( but now moving) haven't done my daily one yet or outings etc just feel like i lost it lately:eek: .
