Childrens Childminding Questionnaire???

I am going through the process of registering as a childminder at the moment, in Newport South Wales. Our local regulating body (CSSIW) have asked me to provide them with a questionnaire, so that I can canvas the views of the children in my care? I have already submitted a adult questionnaire but wondered if anyone has any bright ideas for me?
