Risk Assesment collecting children from school

Hi there I wonder if anyone would be kind enough to share a risk assesment for the collection of children from school, Im desperate and ofsted due this week, mind gone blank

really appreciate any help

Mine is just school run RA
It describes from the moment I leave the door to the moment I return

Depending which child I have I may have the buggy/put child on wrist strap
I will have my key and mobile
cross x road - find safe place to cross - teach x'g road safety
in school I will keep the child near me as its busy
etc
