hi there i am currently due to give my mindees parents notice of my forthcoming holiday but as i have never done this before i was wondering if anyone can give me an idea of ways to word the letter to them. brain has frozen totally sorry

As per Contract I am giving you xx weeks notice that I will be taking holiday from xx to xx. If you require help finding alternative childcare please let me know and I will see if I can help/or if you require cover for childcare I know xxx or xx may be able to help, please contact them directly, their phone numbers are.

i tell them on pick up or drop off and also write the dates into the newsletter that comes out..

"just to let you all know i am taking the week ....... to ....... for my holiday and you will need to find suitable childcare if any problems please speak to me, thanks"

thats all i put in, but usually they get there holiday dates a year before i take them so they are all prepared... and i am no count down :clapping: :clapping:
