he has my upmost admiration....i suffer from claustraphobia and cant wear eye masks or even put my head under water!!!
I would love to be able to do this

he did so well in the pool sessions but every time we went to the lake he has had a panic attack, but yesterday he really pushed himself, faced his fears and managed to qualify.
the visability was LESS than 1 meter :panic:
my turn tomorrow, Capenwray... which means we have to leave the house at 5.30am :panic: :panic: but looking forward to it as it's supposed to be fantastic for diving (mark is too young to dive at Capenwray.. minimum age is 12)
