Hi,

When you are writing up quick obs, for instance, notes next to a picture and then are linking them to the 6 areas, do you write it out in full?

eg....

CLL - Language for thinking - Are able to respond to simple requests and grasp meaning from context

or do you just write...

CLL - Language for thinking

or do you just write...

CLL

or do you just write...

Language for thinking

Are able to respond to simple requests and grasp meaning from context

Hope this makes sense.

as I believe it give a fuller meaning to the parents when they read it. Codes need to be cross referenced and what parent wants to do that.
