Surely when they go to court knowing it is 57 counts of child pornography they willknow it is him??
They say he will be sentenced under his new name but as it is in the news and all the details now known the jurors will have read.watch the news and will figure it to be him...I knwo he wont be there in person but via video link but still....and in prison, they have t.v's there and will know new inmates after the the courtcase will know its him??
I wont say what need sto be done to him as pauline would ban me

he is a danger to kids and needs to be locked up for the rest of his life,
i dont know what i think about the decision to release them anyway as Thompson has moved on and has a family apparently
tough one but i do feel sorry for James's parents :(

i think its a good thing that its going to be so obvious - i would like to see the papers report the name of everyone who gets convicted of 57 charges of child porn and then let the prison inmates do whatever they feel they ought to. :angry: :angry: :angry:

in prison there is kind of an etiquette if thats the right word??
ok burglary and mugging ect ect is awful but inmates on the 43s (sex offenders) are targeted daily as they are very much hated by the other inmates.. inmates class thier crimes on another level because of the crimes commited against ghildren.once the inmates on the wing find out who he is it wont take long before he is attacked. yes men on the 43s are segregated often, but they have no choice but to mingle , for example visiting hours. this person doesnt stand a chance, .

i wondered if certain levels of crime would be seperated? as i didnt think they would put a petty thief with a child molestor etc.

yes there is a seperate wing for the 43s (sex offenders) becuse they are such targets. if an inmate is out to get this man, believe me he will, it will take seconds, iv seen it happen too many times,
they come out at visiting time seperatly too but still sit within reach???? AND where children play, shocking!!! and iv seen a man leap the length of the hall in 4 seconds flat and near kill a sex offender before the guards pulled him off.
this will be talked about and planned in prison if its going to happen.
those on the 43s are utterly detested by other inmates.
