When to purchase Insurance? Silly question I'm sure...

Hi there!

This will sound so stupid, but I'm a bit confused, help pls!

Am I right thinking that you can only purchase your insurance when you are a registered chilminder??

As on the MM website it does ask your registration number, however I managed to get past it anyhow and could have bought the insurance even without it...? Hmmm?

Missing something here maybe...? :blush:
