Safeguarding online?

I am meant to be doing a safeguarding course soon, but it is on a weekday so means taking holiday and losing money. A friend was meant to be doing it too (she works in a nursery) but said she has cancelled her place and has done it online instead. Can i do this too? Does it still count, in the eyes of Ofsted? Can anyone recommend a good one?

I did the NSPCC one and it was ok as a basic course. I then did advanced that was put on by ncma

There are several in the on-line course section, one has a review because I have done it myself :)
