Sky Email

Is anyone else having trouble logging in to a sky email account?

I have two and hubby has one. I am having trouble getting in to one of my email accounts but the others seem fine, so just wondered if anyone else had any issues?

I have reset the password (twice!) as it says this is the problem but still no luck.

Getting stroppy with it now because its my work one and i'm expecting some mail.

mine is fine although layout seems to have changed

Mine is fine too....have you tried going directly to sky.com & logging in there? xxx

I finally got in to it just now. I don't know what the problem was as my other one and hubby's was ok but glad it's sorted!

Tried to phone sky and they were useless, first guy had no idea and transferred me into a queue that they hoped to help me within 20 mins! Why pick up and start charging me if no one can help for another 20 mins! ARGH! :censored:
