I thought that babies under a year were not supposed to be exposed to the sun full stop!! At least this was the information that I had read when my children were under one! I still go by this now as babies skin is too delicate to be exposed to the sun! LO I have is put out to sleep in the pram but I always make sure they are in full shade and covered by sunshade!! If I feel there is too much risk lo is brought inside!!
Poor baby!I hope and pray he recovers fully and it is a lesson learned by the mother!

Poor little mite - this is awful and total neglect. Clearly had no suncream on.

All the couples in the world who have probs having children and you get someone like this who completely neglects a child. Makes my blood boil.
