I'm just wondering what some of you may take for hayfever?
I don't suffer with the itchy eyes or extremely runny nose. Instead I feel exhausted, under my eyes feel heavy, ears feel blocked and I've always got a dull headache. I read these symptoms on the NHS website.
I do (occassionally) take a non-drowsy allergy relief tablet but doesn't seem to be doing much.
Does anybody else suffer in the same way and if so, what would you recommend?
Thanks

I was told that there are 3 different types of tablets and to try each 1 out until you find the 1 that works.

I take a non drowsy tablet and I have eye drops.

I was really bad but it's easing off at the moment.

I think you're best taking the tablets every day as they build up :D

Thanks all for your advice.
I went and spoke to the local pharmacist and they recommended two nasal sprays:
Otrivine - which I'm to take for a week and
Beconase - which I can take on a daily basis
I have to admit that since having a squirt, I'm feeling much better.

i get hayfever like you - it affects my all-year round unhealthy sinuses even more. Beconase is good. When it's really bad though I pop a one a day tab like everyone has suggested.
