Well sent off for this on 15th Feb, havent recieved so just rang them, they have no paperwork on me at all, so rang early years and she said I am not the only one this has ahppened to so is sending me more to fill in, also got to reapply for the insurance from ncma as this has gone as well good job I have not got any mindee waiting as I would not have insurance. so would have to tell them, just got one check left though before i get certificate, yeah that is one from social services( just checking as I was a minder before that I had no issuse with kids). so nearly there, wish I never gave up never had to do this 16 years ago.
