got a possible mindee for 2 odd days

ok, finally got some work but its for a lady with a 2 yr old girl and only for 2 odd days but possibly more when she finds a permenant job, im happy with this as i havent had any other calls after advertising for the last month, my question is, do i really need to fill out a contract if shes only going to use me for 2 days? also should i bother with a deposit or retainer? she hasnt given me a date she has to find out in the next couple of days.

Definately make sure you have a contract witten.

The retainer is up to you, most CM's take deposits/retainers but if you feel this may put her off, then maybe drop it this once.
