Hello all again sorry for the 20 questions but are there any books out there that I can buy to help get me started with examples of how to lay things out such a policies and just gereral info on how to do it right x

The Practical EYFS Handbook for Childminders (Penny Tassoni) I think is great for those just starting out as it has some good examples and clear explanation on recording obs.
