Just a little advise please

I need some advise please, i know meny of us stuggle and im one of them. well after reading through loads of posts i think im finally getting to understand plannning and learning journals. since the eyfs was brought in i have been in a muddle i do obs fine but planning and learning journals i havent even started. My question is will i have to back date all the childrens learning journals from when they first started with me and to the date when the eyfs was brought in to action or do i just start from now.

What were you doing before? you mentioned obs , what did you do with them?
The majority of my ljs are made up of obs.
I wouldnt backdate - i would start your ' new version' now and use it as a great example of self reflection and improvement!

I would also start them from now - you would have a heck of a lot of paperwork to do if you didn't! Just start from afresh
