Help development grid

Do you all somehow have a way of recording on your developmental grids which areas you have covered during your obs? Do you have a seperate one for each child?

Do you look back at earlier age ranges and tick off what they already can do?

I think i kinda answered this in your other post.

each child has their own grid no sharing even with sibblings.

If the child is 12 months when they join you take a look at the grid before but no need to tick off if they can do this just go from the age they are now unless you feel the child is not meeting the stages aimed at the 12-18 months

the eyfs grids cross over alot too but dont create more work for yourself by trying to fulfill grids that the child has passed.
