So far I have:
Passports (mine & OH's)
Birth Certificate (mine)
Driving License
Proof of address
Marriage Certificate.
Pay slip

We can't find OH's birth certificate, will that matter?

If it's the same as when you fill out a CRB check in England you do need birth certificates for everyone who is having the CRB done.

It sounds like you have the rest sorted :D

I agree, I think you will need both birth certificates.
Hope it goes OK.

I've found a list and it gives you a choice of what you can take, aslong as passport then I should be ok, will ring them in the morning though

I have the UK CRB requirements checklist in front of me and you can do it without birth certificates aslong as you have other documents they mention. Photo card driving Licences have to be accompanied by the paper counterpart. Obviously not sure what is required as you are overseas. Do they not give you a list of what you need?

they did, but they are just written down on the back of paper, and it doesn't say out of the following etc, just what to bring. I have everything else, including both parts of DL. thanks guys x
