Yippeeeeee I'm a happy bunny!
After giving notice to my full timer I've been panicking about money so I looked around for jobs.
Idealy I wanted something term time only and something that would allow me to keep the before and after schoolies on.
Well the local pre-school advertised for a support worker for 2 mornings a week, ok not loads of hours but I applied anyhow. I had the interview last night. :rolleyes:
Got a phone call today to inform me that I didn't get the job :( , however they would like me to join their team as an assistant playleader instead!
I'm so chuffed, it's more hours and will lead to more work with holiday/sickness cover etc. More importantly it's a foot in the door of where I want to be. :clapping: :clapping:
I'll be on holiday the first week I'm needed, they are happy with that and have me covered already.
I can continue with my before and after schoolies and my holiday mindees.
