Hubbie won a day at Royal Ascot

Hi. Hubbie entered a work comp and won.
We get to go to Royal Ascot on the Sat.
Champange or Pimm's on arrival
4 course lunch
free bar!!!!!
also afternoon tea.
Can't wait. Wouldn't be something either of us would normally choose to do but i'm looking forward to it.
Now what to wear?

I don't do hats, don't really do dresses. I am looking forward to getting dressed up though. Its the weekend before my birthday as well. Its a 2 and a half train ride for us. Will be a long day

we went through dhs work the year ascot was held at york ,( were they doing up Ascot ? i cant remember!) Anyway we had a brilliant time and it was lovely to get 'poshed up' with a dress and hat!
This year its just a gents jolly:(
