Is it the elementary food hygiene you have done, and do you need to do it every three years? I've just done that one and thought once I'd done it that was it! Didn't realise it had to be done every three years.

i done the cieh level 2 award in food hygiene. was told it had to be updated every three years because of all the changes that keep happening, bit like first aid.

Def worth doing, even as a refresher course. :D
