Help with cotracts etc

Hi I know it may sound a bit silly but I have a parent coming to sign contracts tomorrow and to be sure I have the correct forms ready can someone give me a list of things i need.
The things I already have are:-
contracts ( obviously!!) child record forms, outings permission, settling in procedure, medical emergency treatment form, photo permission, observation permission.!! any more that i have missed??

You are fine you sound like you have most things covered remember to give them a copy of your policies.

A copy of your late fees policy if you have one, They are more likely to read it if they take it home and hopefully it will remind them to pay on time!!
