Hi all ive just recentle atrated and im aware of keeping children details safe and secure and in a locked file. just wondered whether the locable box that NCMA supply is seen as safe enough? Also what needs to be "safe"? Contact details, contract child record forms....??? Thanks in advance for your thoughts.:jump for joy:

Im not sure about the ncma havent got one myself. Does it have a key or code lock etc? Im going to buy a locable file think they are about £20. The only other idea is to put a lock onto the coupboard where you store them.
You have to store anything with childs details photos etc even memory sticks and cds

So would you put the child's learning journeys in there too? Just wondereing because of the photos? Think if i but a locable cupboard ill be cramming everything in there just in case!!!!:laughing:
