ive got him on the phone to the local crb dept where it is at now. When i spoke to them this morning i said alls what iam waiting for now is my hubbys (but they only received his yesterday, bit behind mine) and they said as soon as they recieve it, it should be dealt with because there is no back log!!!!! how great is that!! x

Just got my hubby to phone CRB cos his has been at Stage 2 for nearly 2 weeks now and they were really unhelpful. Said there was nothing they could do and he just had to wait!

Just google your local police station number will most prob start with 0300 and then asked to be put through to the crb dept (my local crb dept was in the county and not the city) then ask them how long they think it could be and ask them of they could rush it through. This is what my hubby as asked, dont know the outcome because not yet spoke to him, he is still at work xx

Mine and my hubbys were at stage 2 for ages seemed like agaes anyway, mine was 10 days, then stage 4 as taken like 4 days!!!!! which i believed stage 4 is the stage that takes the longest but i suppose it depends on how much of a back log your local police station are working against. Hope it hurries for you!!!! it is such an exciting feeling, i was jumping around the living room this morning when the lady told me...... on my own..... i just needed to let the excitement out!!!!!!!!! lol x

yes they wont speak to me they were only speak to applicant due to data protection.... even thou when i chased last month they were happy enough.

I would def chase that up. Have you been tracking it online to see what stage it is at?

yessssss!!! my hubbys is done!!! yesterday, just checked. so his took just 15 days aswell because his went in a day later than mine!! so chuffed!!!! now off to yorkshire coast for the weekend with friends then back on monday to hopefully sign up 2 more mindees....... now that would really top the weekend off!!!!

The hubby and I both had really recent CRBs which we sent off with my app forms so hopefully that means ours will go through really quick too! :thumbsup:
