We have a Ukrainan girl coming to stay with us next summer (on a private basis not as part of a group)
I need ideas on how to help raise the funds to cover her flight, and some of the costs of trips out while shes here
ideas anyone???

Can you get the school involved? Non uniform day could make £500+ if everyone brought in £1 each.

Some kind of Ukranian evening? You cuold serve Ukranian food and teach people to dance how they do or something?

make and sell playdough at at table top sale/boot sale/nct sale(ask them if they would let you)..... cheap to maunfacture but something that many people won't tackle themselves and my mum swears that it flies off the shelves!! you could do dif colours, te3xtures, scents etc, and put ideas sheets with them, little cookie cutters etc.... could be very cute!
