External Hard Drive

I have a 1tb External Hard Drive but how do I back it up? surely id use about 100 dvds if I did it that way :laughing:

get another one! :laughing: seriously though there are backup programmes that you can buy that make a copy of your hard disc without having all the information available, therefore smaller iykwim.

I don't know what system you are using there??

I have one you just drag and drop your files onto and they copy over, then I unplug it and store it away from the computer so if one is nicked the other is safe.

I do this also Sarah but because it has so much stored on it I would lose everything if it ever broke, just wondered if there was a way to back it up?!

I also keep my day to day files on a memory stick which I update every evening :D
