The pups are now 6 weeks old and very lively! They are miniature smooth haired Dachshunds!
First up we have Walter (renamed Otto by his owner to be!)

Their mum is doing wonderfully.
Her milk eventually dried up last week, shame really as the pups could have done with a few more weeks worth but Ella did so well to get as far as she did after the rough start.
She is back up to her weight and happy.

He has indeed in that photo, it was the only second he was still enough to get a half decent shot! Not a very good advert for him though....but he is only a baby!

These are the only dogs I am totally compfortable with - I am petrified of dogs, small ones, big ones, cute ones, scary ones - but I can look at these and actually say AHHHHH.:clapping:

has anyone watching marley and me i watched it last night i cried my eyes out, to anyone who is or has been a dog owner its worth watching so true to life in fact that dog was both mine rolled into one...

Super cute. I miss my Barney so much (RIP little man) puppy photos have made me melt:D
