Sharing info with assistants?

I'm doing 301 unit of my nvq {so maybe I should put this there, but thought more might see it here?]....anyway

Just wondering on the confidential question {K3M158** just wondering if you have an assistant do you share info with them or is it still confidential form them too?

What do you /dont you share?

Hi, i haven't started my nvq yet but i have an assistant.
With regards to keeping things confidential....she knows all the information regarding the children, she talks to my parents so what ever the parents discuss with her that's up to them, i keep pay, sensitive issues regarding parents issues depending on what they are, conversations i have with parents all confidential.
She is only with me part time i made her sign a confidentiality form but my assistant has dropped her self in it before as we were in the middle of talking and she said yea i told my partner about the new child.
