Hi i keep reading about ofsted wanting to see parental responsibility forms and i feel really silly but im not sure exactly what i need, can someone advise me please.

I have just included the information on my ncma contracts. but there is a form on bromley site that you can download regarding parental responsibility and legal contact. hth

Hi looked on bromley and cant find any downloads to help with PR, can any one help with what to write for parents to sign?

This document is now in the free downloads and has been updated to meet the requirements for the revised EYFS 2012
