I have found out what they are and how you use them!!!:clapping: :clapping:
Went into a local shop yesterday that sells educational toys and they had them in there - £9.99 each :eek:
Apparently they are known as foxtail balls and are designed to make it easier for kids to throw and catch - not sure i noticed a problem tbh but there ya go...
The balls are numbered or coloured on the tail as you get a differant effect according to how far down the tail you throw/catch - the numbered ones can signify "points" as part:eek: of a game.
Cnnot find numbered ones online but here is an example of the coloured one by the same company that made the numbered ones saw today
