:panic: Ok this is the last time! Should be ok after this :blush:

I have to produde a display that gives information about the major pieces of legislation, regulations and codes of practice that affect a child care setting. I have to write how they apply in relation to the children and young peoples rights, equality and inclusion in my child care practice.

The display must cover the UN Convention rights of the child and safeguarding and child protection. (Basically I have to do a display showing 5 points from each one) and explain how they relate to my setting.

i would start by picking your 5 points from the 44 rights

then link them through ECM and down to EYFS (and other legislation) sort of in a spider gram or a flow chart

following this a short passage on how you implement this :

risk assessment
discussion with parent/child
healthy eating
hygiene
own awareness
policy procedures etc

you can get all different types of chart on your toolbar on word
