We have just heard that a year 3 girl at my sons school died of meningitis. Its so sad and makes me want to give my son a extra big cuddle.
Thoughts are with the family

Oh, how awful. What must that poor family be going through.
I think it shows how fragile life is & it really does make you want to give your children an extra tight hug.
Oh that is sad, I couldn't bare it if anything like that happened to my DD.

That's just so horrible and very sad. I will give my ds an extra long cuddle tonight. He'll probably tell me to "gerrrrooooffff" but I don't care!
