Good Afternoon Everyone!
Further to a previous post, my children and mindees wanted to raise money for people less fortunate than ourselves which I thought was a marvellous idea so we have decided to do the 3 mile Sports Relief Walk (walk being the operative word) . . . they originally suggested 6 miles :eek: but I have reasoned with them and we agreed on the 3 miles :clapping:
In addition to me and 2 mummys (who have offered to join and assist me), there is a 22 month old, a 2 year old (yeap, I will be pushing double buggy for tired little legs), 2 x 5 yrs olds and 4 x 9 year olds who will be participating.
I think it is fantastic that children want to help others and the walk and fresh air will be good fun for all of us. We will be doing it on Sunday, 21 March at 10:30am in Leeds.
Please can you sponsor the children, it will really mean a lot to them.
