Feeling quite excited today, had my cco out to inspect the house yesterday which went really well, then this morning my disclosure scotland certificates arrived for me and h. So now I just have to email one piece of paperwork to my cco and finishing sorting the fire risk assessment and we're ready to go :clapping: Have just spent the afternoon putting up flyers in town and got couple of posters laminated to put on the garden fence (we live next door to a primary school), so am feeling very hopeful and just willing the phone to start ringing :clapping:
